Every order of XY perfume includes a free tester vial of the same fragrance.
To test the perfume scent, use the tester vial only. If the scent does not resonate with you, XY offers returns as long as the full-size bottle’s original seal and packaging remain fully intact, and the used tester vial is returned alongside the parcel.
If the full-size bottle’s seal is broken, torn, punctured, or shows signs of opening, change-of-mind returns will be rejected.
Return & Exchange Policy
Change-of-mind (via tester): Submit a refund request via the return platform within 7 calendar days of delivery. The main bottle must be sealed and unused, and the tester vial must be included in the return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect items: Claims for transit damage items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, alongside photographic evidence (photos of outer box, inner packaging, and item). Product defects must be reported within 7 days via the return/exchange platform. After examination and approval, an exchange will be issued at no charge.
Returns will be subject to a courier charge of 30 AED at the expense of the customer.
The refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within 5-7 working days from the date the returned product is received by the shipping company.
Refund requests will only be accepted if they meet our Return & Exchange Standards (see below).
For verification, the courier will capture a photo of the box and its contents upon pickup, followed by a detailed inspection once it reaches our facility.
Return & Exchange Standards
We are unable to accept refund or exchange requests if the full-size bottle’s seal is broken, torn, punctured, or shows signs of opening.
There will be a deduction of 20 AED in the return from the total amount if the tester vial is not placed in the return package.
Refund or exchange requests will not be accepted if the item is not returned with promotional items, complimentary gifts, and bundles/sets (when required).
XY is unable to process returns, refunds, or claims for products purchased from unauthorized retailers or websites other than our official Xenia Yashal website.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Orders from outside the UAE cannot be refunded or exchanged.
